1 Product overview

1.1 Profile

This trainer include various types of DC motors, DC generator, three phases AC

synchronous motor, three phases AC induction motor, three phases transformer, single

phase generator, power box, through experiments students can be familiar with DC motor

features, master its control principles and control mode, it will cultivate students’ technical

skills and knowledge. The trainer is suitable for vocational school students, technical

schools students, colleges students who major in electrical technology, electronics

technology, mechatronics technology etc.

1.2 Character

(1) Training workbench use aluminum column structure frame, it include meter box and

power box(with AC power, AC measurement meters, DC power, DC measurement meters)

to test and measure technical parameter, it is easy to use and it is not easy to be broken.

(2) Equipped with DC motors, DC generator, Three Phase Alternator (another name three

phases AC asynchronous motor), three phases AC induction motor, power box, students

can make combination, and finish many training contents.

(3) Training workbench has high safety system.

3.1 Power control panel

Power control panel use aluminum structure metal panel, all close type boxes structure

1. Single phase, three wire power input, it has been tested by leakage breaker control, it

has emergency stop button, you can cut off electricity when emergency.

2. Control panel has two point type voltage meter, one current meter, one power meter,

one non power meter.

(3) It equipped with indicator, Europe power plug output, safety output sockets.

(4) Inner AC 220V current output, DC 220V wound power, DC 0-220V continuous adjustable DC armature power, with short circuit protection function.

(5)AC power.

(6) AC measurement meters.

3.2 Training workbench

Training workbench use aluminum structure. There are universal 4 wheels at the bottom of workbench, there are 2 breakers on wheel. The trainer can be moved or stop convenient . The workbench panel thick is 25mm high density substrate , there is high temperature high pressure anti-fire treatment process. It equip with three guide rail type drawer, 2 push and plug cabinet. The structure is sound and reliable, outlook is beautiful.

I.Function

Digital torque test and measurement meter can test various dynamitic torque. It is a high precision instrument to test and measure various motors, reduction gears output torque, rotary speed, power(W). It is widely applied in various motor manufacture factory, mechanical manufacture factory, scientific research institute, higher education research center.

II.Product feature:

1.Signal output waveform square wave amplitude can select 5V/12V.

2.Start instrument for 5 minutes, it can go into work state, don’t need preheating process.

3. Test accuracy is high, stability is good, has high anti-interference function.

4.No need for adjust many times, it can continuous test positive and negative torque.

5. With small dimension, light weight, it is easy for installation and assembly.

6.Sensor(transducer) can be independent use, separate itself from secondary instrument. It

Connect to pin number ±15V(200mA)power supply, sensor square wave, pulse wave etc.
