1.1 Overview
The training sets include a variety of types of thyristor typical
application circuit units, through the related experiments, can be
familiar with thyristor electrical characteristics, to master the

4.Bench for the study of choppers 0.5 kW mini:
Bench allowing a complete study of choppers with different types of
semiconductor power used in industry and with different loads of
minimum power 0.5 kW. The bench shall include:
. A power module (0.5 kW mini) must have at least three (03) of the
semiconductor technologies most used in practice (eg transistors
IGBT transistor FET, GTO thyristor, Darlington transistor, etc.)
Circuits, the current-voltage measuring transformers and the inputs
for the signals transmitted from the control module
The module must be supplied with masks corresponding to
semiconductor technologies. Power-driven seedlings must be
protected against over-current and short-circuiting. The current
measuring sockets must be isolated from the power circuit (eg
galvanic separation).
