1.1 Overview
This training device is Siemens 1200PLC module. Through related
experiments, you can familiarize yourself with the basic use and
programming methods of S7-1200 PLC, and the use of programming
software. Cultivate students' corresponding knowledge and skills,
suitable for higher vocational, higher vocational, secondary
vocational schools and technical and vocational schools related
teaching and skills training assessment.

3.1 Module digital
input
The module contains 14 digital outputs, each with a switch analog
digital input status and an LED indicator indicating the digital
input status.
3.2 Module analog
input
The module contains 2 analog input points for voltage analog or
current analog signals.
3.3 Voltage analog signal
DC 0-10V output
The module contains a set of DC 0-10V DC voltage analog signal,
which can be used as PLC DC voltage analog input signal.
3.4 Total power supply
The module power supply is AC220V input, and the built-in DC24V
power supply supplies power to the PLC. Power outlets with switches
and fuses are safe and reliable.
3.5 Module relay

The module contains 10 relay outputs, each with an LED indicator to
indicate the relay output status.
3.6 PLC module
This module contains the Siemens CPU1214C DC/DC/RLY and CM1241
modules. A total of 14 digital inputs, 10 thyristor (DC24v)
outputs, and 2 analog inputs have been introduced to the module
panel.
3.7 PLC DC 24V output
The module contains two sets of PLC output DC24V power supplies.
3.8 Current analog signal
DC 4-20mA output
The module contains a set of DC 4-20mA DC current analog signal,
which can be used as PLC DC current analog input signal.
