1 Product overview
1.1 Profile
This training equipment is mainly composed of various types of
industrial sensors, pneumatic control unit, electrical switches,
PLC programmable logic controller, human-machine interface(HMI) and
so on, the conveyor belt unit, the bin module, vacuum, handling
module, tri-axial manipulator handling module, three-dimensional
storage module, touch screen unit composed of workstations, such as
a mechanical and electrical integration equipment mechanical
platform. Through the relevant experiment, can be familiar with
pneumatic actuator system operation characteristics, based on
Siemens 200 PLC motion control system, touch screen and PLC
communication method, etc., trains the student to the corresponding
knowledge and skills, suitable for, higher vocational colleges,
secondary vocational schools and vocational school related
professional teaching and skills training examination.
1.2 Feature
(1) Training device using aluminum alloy substrate structures,
training platform, the structure of the firm. The actuator modules
on the substrate, easy to use, not easy to damage.
(2) The training device distribution and PLC control unit adopts
the model of panel, system of the power supply plug lead through
security, training device connection through a connection, safe and
reliable.
(3) The training device integrate mechanical technology (including
pneumatic technology), sensor technology, PLC control and
communication network technology, reflect the characteristics of
modern manufacturing process. Integral structure with open and

3 Product composition
3.1 Power input unit
Power input terminal is placed on training workbench electrical
zone, connect through plug, go through residual-current circuit
breaker (RCCB) control system main power supply.
3.2 Training workbench
Training workbench takes aluminum base panel, it can do experiment
in orizontal table, the structure is good and beautiful.
