1.1 Overview
The rotor winding is not made of insulated wires, but a three-phase
asynchronous motor made by welding or casting aluminum bars or
copper bars and short-circuit rings is called a squirrel cage
motor. The squirrel-cage motor is a kind of three-phase
asynchronous motor. The three-phase asynchronous motor is divided
into a squirrel-cage motor and a winding motor.
Small three-phase squirrel-cage asynchronous motors have the
advantages of small size, light weight and good quality, so they
are widely used in agricultural production and enterprises.
Suitable for teaching and skills training and assessment of related
majors in vocational colleges, vocational schools, secondary
