1.1Overview
The ZT0001 basic humidity measurement experiment platform is a
training and teaching device used by the laboratory to compare and
learn several basic humidity measurement principles. The core part
of the experiment platform is to simulate the humidity changes in
the atmosphere with electrical components that can humidify and
dehumidify, through the hair hygrometer Four different hygrometers
such as, capacitive hygrometer and dry and wet bulb hygrometer
respectively measure the humidity changes in the simulated
laboratory (fiber hygrometer is based on fiber characteristics to
measure air humidity; capacitive hygrometer is based on the
conductivity of the environment The principle of changing the
content of water molecules to measure air humidity; the dry and wet
bulb hygrometer is based on the principle of evaporation, using two
field parameters of ambient temperature and wet bulb temperature to
determine the air humidity), simulating the dehumidification and
humidifier of the cooling element in the laboratory with Bolt paste
Humidify, configure a fan to ensure that the air is fully mixed.
Through the designed related experiments, students can be familiar
with the working principle of the basic hygrometer and cultivate
the corresponding knowledge and skills and the ability of
innovation and development.
1.2 Features
The test bench is equipped with a simulation laboratory that
simulates the change of atmospheric humidity, and uses a Bolt
cooling element and a humidifier to quantitatively adjust the
environmental humidity;
There are four hygrometers with different principles on the
experimental bench;
The test bench is equipped with a fan to ensure that the air is
fully mixed;
In order to facilitate observation, the simulation laboratory is
equipped with a fully transparent observation window to clearly
reflect the process changes;

and plastic hanging box structure.
