Flour screening plant is vibrating screen, it can be applied to
flour milling and cake mix. It is a kind of high precision fine
powder sieving machinery. Low noise, efficient, enclosed
construction suitable for grain, powder, mucus and the screening
and filtration of other material, it can meet the requirement of
flour screening process.

3 Product content
The main content and construction introduction of flour screening
machine:
1. Feed port and upper cover, when the flour screening process, it
is used for the close of loading and operation.
2. Three layers centre compartment, centre compartment have child
and mother net, it is supported by net rack. How many centre
compartment can be installed and used according to the requirement.
3. It is equipped with marbles and inner seal fur between net and
net rack, marbles under the affection of vibration exciter, play
the function of quick filters and clean net, it is equipped with
outer gland sealing and small clamp on each layer, play the
function of enclose and fastening, material will come out form the
discharge hole of each shelf according to the grade.
4. The connection of bottom bucket and foundation is spring seat
and spring.
5. At the bottom of equipment is bottom bucket, the bottom bucket
is equipped with vibration exciter.
6. Discharge hole connect to the grading flour bucket through
hop-pocket.
