1 Product overview
1.1 Overview
The system of the training equipment can simulate measurement of
pipeline one-way resistance and principle and process of Venturi
meter, and make student have an elementary direct cognition on
pipeline one-way resistance and Venturi meter. It is equipped with
storage water tank, experiment water tank and metering water tank,
the experiment pipeline is transparent pipe, the measuring
equipment is U-type differential pressure gauge, the process of
experiment is clear, and it is easy for student to operate and
understand the experiment process. It can train corresponding
knowledge and skills on student, and it is suitable for teaching
and skills training examine of related majors of vocational
training school, technician training school and so on.
1.2 Features
(1) The training stand uses aluminum frame, the experiment water
tank and metering water tank are transparent, and students can
observe the variation of liquid level clearly in experiment
process.
(2) The equipment is equipped with 2 independent U-type
differential pressure gauges that is for measuring experiment
parameter of pipeline one-way resistance and Venturi meter, it can
combine with multiple control valves to accomplish more training
measuring content.
(3) The experiment pipeline is divided to branch of one-way
resistance and branch of Venturi meter, they are controlled by
valve separately, operation is easy, the pipeline to U-type
differential pressure gauge is transparent, which makes it clear to
observe the variation of liquid level.
(4) The structure of the training stand is firm and reliable, and
it is easy to move.
2 Performance parameter
(1) Storage water tank: overall dimension 330*330*300mm (L*W*H), it
can contain 30L water.
(2) Experiment water tank: it is transparent roundness acrylic
structure, it is clear to observe variation of liquid level, its
overall dimension is 200*520mm (Dia.*H), it can contain 15L water.
(3) Metering water tank: it is transparent roundness acrylic
structure, it is clear to observe variation of liquid level, its
overall dimension is 200mm*200mm (Dia.*H).
(4) Parameter of water pump: single phase AC 220V power supply,
flow 10L/min.
(5) Aluminum frame structure, overall dimension 1400mm×400mm×1500mm
(L*W*H).
(6) Working environment: temperature -10～+40℃, temperature ≤80℃,
ambient air: without corrosivity, combustible gas, and without a
large number of electrical conductive dust.
