1 Product overview
1.1 Profile
This training device including Siemens S7-200 PLC and training
simulation modules such as control object, through the relevant
experiment, students can be familiar with the basic use of Siemens
PLC and programming method and the use of programming software.
Trains the student to the corresponding knowledge and skills,it is
suitable for university, higher vocational colleges, secondary
vocational schools and vocational school related professional
teaching and skills training examination.

1.4 Equipment composition
1 Power control box
Power control box takes aluminum structure, box type close
structure, connect with training frame.
2 Configuration for power control box
(1) Single-phase three-wire power input ,the residual current
circuit breaker control, a stop control button, an emergency stop
button circuit breaker to cut off the power supply.
(2) the voltmeter and ammeter do output instructions, equipped with
0 to 10 v and 4-20 ma signal generator.
(3) the configuration power light, European-style power input plug
and secure power supply output
terminals.
(4) built-in ac power supply, with short circuit protection
function.
3 Hanging box module
This module can satisfy students do a variety of different
experiment, each test module is made, according to a standard size
when installing the first module in the aluminum casting of beam in
top insert card slot, and then aim the module bottom tank under
push down, the module card on the beam. Hanging box module as
shown.
